Before you start

The questions everyone asks.

Do I have to buy motorcycles from Wize?
No. The subscription covers batteries and swapping only. If you don't have bikes yet, say so in the form and our fleet team helps under a separate agreement.
My bikes aren't Wize models. Can I still subscribe?
Usually yes — most swappable-battery delivery bikes in the UAE use a compatible format. Pick 'Another brand' in the form and we'll confirm before anything is signed.
What if we ride past the included kilometres?
Nothing stops and nothing is throttled. Allowances are pooled across the fleet, and any excess is billed at AED 0.10–0.12 per km. The form shows you this before you submit.
Do I need to install anything?
No chargers, no electrical work, no floor space. That's the point of swapping.
What happens when a battery degrades?
Our problem. Batteries stay Wize property for their whole life — we monitor health, retire weak packs and recycle them.
Am I locked in?
No fixed term. Monthly billing, net 15, and 30 days' written notice to stop.
Will I be charged when I submit the form?
No. It sends a request, not an order. Billing starts only after you sign the agreement we send back.
